SHIPPING POLICY

Where We Ship

We currently ship to the United Kingdom and 21 European countries, including all EU member states plus Switzerland.

UK Shipping

All UK orders qualify for free standard shipping — no minimum spend required. We want getting your board to you to be as straightforward as possible.

European Shipping

A flat rate of £14.99 applies to all orders shipped within the EU and Switzerland. Please note that as an international shipment, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes upon arrival in your country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our pricing or shipping fee. We recommend checking your local customs regulations before ordering.

Processing & Dispatch

Orders are processed and dispatched within 5-7 working days of payment being confirmed. This is our handling time — the time it takes us to carefully prepare and pack your handcrafted board before it leaves our workshop. Delivery time is additional to this window.

If you need your order by a specific date (for a gift, for example), please get in touch before placing your order and we'll do our best to help.

Carrier & Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your parcel. If you haven't received this within 5 working days of your order, please check your spam folder before contacting us.

Delays & Lost Parcels

Occasionally, parcels can be delayed due to factors outside our control — busy postal periods, customs processing for EU orders, or carrier disruptions. If your order hasn't arrived within:

  • UK: 10 working days from dispatch
  • EU: 20 working days from dispatch

Please contact us at info@ashchoppingboard.uk with your order number and we'll investigate with the carrier on your behalf. We aim to resolve all delivery issues within 5 working days of being notified.
